This is actually one of the "deeper" songs to me off the album. The first verse is educational relating to the world that we live in. It is referring to the Maritime Admiralty Law Of Water. The order in which all humans abide by. All ships inside a body of water are named after a female. When we were conceived, our mother's water "broke." A "bank" is located on the sides of a river. It directs the "liquid", or flow. Liquid is referred to as MONEY. A Certificate Of Manifest was shown by the captain to display the ship's inventory, or stock. A Birth Certificate was also created because we are also the INVENTORY, and a walking product. The United States was incorporated in 1871. Your Social Security card is like an employee card. An employee for The United States Corporation.

The second verse is a fictional, or not, representation of a "past life."A life of a Lyran (feline alien) that was shot down by a Reptilian space craft. Being reincarnated back into this matrix as a human, i am reminded of my former life. The "sight" of a cat on earth is a reminder of who i used to be, as i attempt to "put the pieces" back together...

I am just a battery that's put into this cell. Forget a "wishing well", i'm from a fallen house like Kell. I was once a Lyran, and was taught to fly a ship. From the brightest star in constellations that were lit. Was telepathic too-the math i drew would chart through space. The cloaking from my craft enabled me to charge the gates. Till the time the Annunaki intercepted to locate. They blasted my lone saucer down, to dislocate my fate. There was no escape-i died so slowly took the bait. Recycled in this system-risen with a mongloid face. Gone without a trace-erased with lineage replaced. Feeling out of place-i'll contemplate my past mistakes. So i'll emulate the felines on this planet, and i'll wait. And commemorate the victims that i've lost in outer space. Reminding me what happened, as i stare into this lake. Now i'm on the "Land of Jackets"-looking like they're straight...
